Bulk Transfer After Partial Portfolio Acquisition
Verisign offers registrars a Bulk Transfer After Partial Portfolio Acquisition (BTAPPA) service, enabling the transfer of a partial portfolio of .com, .net, or .name domain names between two ICANN-accredited and qualified registrars. Unlike registrant-initiated transfers, BTAPPA transactions do not adjust the transferred domain names’ expiration dates. Pricing for this service is dependent on the number of domain names being transferred.
