From North or Southbound Interstate 5

Take the Mercer Street exit (#167)
Turn RIGHT onto FAIRVIEW AVE N. (0.1 miles)
Turn LEFT onto VALLEY ST. (0.2 miles)
Turn RIGHT onto WESTLAKE AVE N. (1.6 miles)
Stay STRAIGHT to go onto NICKERSON ST. (1.2 miles)
Turn RIGHT onto 11TH AVE W. which is located under the overhead sign "City Center ONLY"
Drive down 11TH AVE W. approximately 100 yards following the road around to the right
Cross the railroad tracks and park in the Nickerson Marina parking lot in any of the numbered or unnumbered parking spaces
Walk past Pat's Marine Engines toward the water where a covered walkway will lead you to an elevator to the second floor

From Downtown Via Elliott Avenue

Head NORTH on ELLIOTT AVE W. heading away from Downtown Seattle
ELLIOTT AVE W. becomes 15TH AVE W. (1.5 miles)
Take the EMERSON ST/NICKERSON ST exit ramp. (0.1 miles)
Merge onto W NICKERSON ST. (0.3 miles)
Turn LEFT onto 11TH AVE W. (0.1 miles)
Drive down 11TH AVE W. approximately 100 yards following the road around to the right
