Joint Venture Between News Corporation and VeriSign
MOUNTAIN VIEW, CA – January 29, 2007 – VeriSign, Inc. (Nasdaq:
VRSN), the leading provider of intelligent infrastructure for the networked
world, will host a live teleconference call on Monday, January 29, 2007
at 1:15 pm (PST).
The conference call will focus on financial information
specific to VeriSign’s wholly owned Jamba subsidiary which is being
combined into a joint venture with News Corporation.
The conference call will not include any information
or discussion relating to VeriSign’s financial results other than those
directly related to its wholly owned Jamba subsidiary. VeriSign will
be announcing its fourth quarter 2006 financial results on Wednesday,
January 31, 2007.
