If you have encountered an Extended Validation (EV) Certificate issued by VeriSign that you believe is being used for malicious or harmful purposes, or is not issued to the correct organization please report it to VeriSign using this form.

An example of misuse of a VeriSign EV certificate include a suspicion that the Certificate is included as part of a “phishing” scheme.
