VeriSign Public Certification Services

SSL Certificate Web Host Subscriber Agreement

YOU MUST READ THIS SSL CERTIFICATE WEB HOST SUBSCRIBER AGREEMENT ("SUBSCRIBER AGREEMENT") BEFORE APPLYING FOR, ACCEPTING, OR USING A SERVER ID/CERTIFICATE ("SERVER ID") ON BEHALF OF YOUR CUSTOMER ("CUSTOMER"). IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS SUBSCRIBER AGREEMENT, DO NOT APPLY FOR, ACCEPT, OR USE THE SSL CERTIFICATE ON BEHALF OF THE CUSTOMER.

THIS SUBSCRIBER AGREEMENT will become effective on the date you, acting as an agent on behalf of the Customer, submit the certificate application to the designated issuing authority (the "IA"). By submitting this Subscriber Agreement (and certificate application) you are requesting that the IA issue a SSL Certificate to your Customer and are expressing your agreement to the terms of this Subscriber Agreement. VeriSign's Public Certification Services are governed by VeriSign's Certification Practice Statement (the "CPS") as amended from time to time, which is incorporated by reference into this Subscriber Agreement. The CPS is published on the Internet in VeriSign's repository at https://www.verisign.com/repository and is available via E-mail from: CPS-requests@verisign.com. Amendments to the CPS are also posted in VeriSign's repository at https://www.verisign.com/repository/updates.

YOU AND YOUR CUSTOMER AGREE TO USE THE SSL CERTIFICATE AND ANY RELATED IA SERVICES ONLY IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE CPS. YOU AND YOUR CUSTOMER AGREE TO SPECIFICALLY ABIDE BY THE TERMS OF VERISIGN'S RELYING PARTY AGREEMENT ("RPA") AND CPS SECTION 8 WHEN RELYING UPON ANY SSL CERTIFICATE OR OTHER CERTIFICATE ISSUED BY AN IA. The RPA is posted in VeriSign's repository at https://www.verisign.com/repository/RPA. In addition to the CPS and RPA, you and your Customer agree to Sections 1 - 6 below.

Additional Terms and Conditions.

1. Customer Information. You shall promptly communicate the SSL Certificate End User Agreement to Customer. The SSL Certificate End User Agreement is located at http://www.verisign.com/repository/enduser.html.

2. Authorization. You represent that you are the organization you entered in the account name above and are authorized, as Customer's agent, to apply for, accept, install, maintain, and if necessary, initiate revocation of Customer's SSL Certificate, all on Customer's behalf.

3. Fees and Issuance. You shall pay all applicable fees for your Customer's SSL Certificate under this Subscriber Agreement or any other SSL Certificate Web Host Agreement within thirty (30) days from the date the IA issues you an invoice (the "Due Date"). If the IA does not receive all applicable fees within fifteen (15) days after the Due Date, the IA reserves the right to reject any subsequent certificate application submitted by you.

4. Use Restrictions. You and your Customer are prohibited from using your Customer's SSL Certificate (i) for or on behalf of any other organization, (ii) to perform private or public key operations in connection with any domain name and/or organization name other than the Customer's name submitted by you during enrollment, or (iii) on more than one server at a time (unless you have purchased the Shared Hosting Security Service).

5. Revocation. If your Customer's organizational name and/or domain name registration change, you must immediately notify VeriSign, and VeriSign shall revoke your Customer's SSL Certificate. VeriSign retains the right to revoke your Customer's SSL Certificate if you do not pay all applicable fees in accordance with Section 3. VeriSign also retains the right to revoke your Customer's SSL Certificate if you fail to perform any of your material obligations under the terms and conditions of the Secure Site Program where the Secure Site Seal has been installed by you.

6. Obligations Upon Revocation or Expiration. Upon expiration or notice of revocation of your Customer's SSL Certificate, you shall permanently remove your Customer's SSL Certificate from the server on which it is installed and shall not use it for any purpose thereafter.
