Settlement Services provide a flexible service for carriers to track

The web reporting system, VeriSign® Roamer View, is
a secure, easy-to-use tool that validates, reports and transfers roaming
information. With Roamer View, VeriSign offers service providers a window
into the data roaming environment for both in-roamers and out-roamers.
