Step 2: Establish Account and Execute Agreements with the Registry
Complete and return these documents to VeriSign to establish an account within the Operational Test & Evaluation (OT&E) environment. VeriSign will provide the Registrar with their unique User ID and Password after these documents have been processed. NOTE: All supporting documentation, including Registrar's Registration Agreement, Dispute Policy and Corporation Formation documents, must be provided in English. Required InformationRegistry-Registrar AgreementA registrar must complete the Registry-Registrar Agreement (RRA), in order to access the OT&E, full documentation of Extensible Provisioning Protocol (EPP), and Application Program Interfaces (APIs). Two original, signed copies of the RRA are required for each gTLD. Be certain to include your company’s ICANN accredited and legally registered name, place of incorporation, principal place of business, and all other requested information in the appropriate sections prior to executing the Agreements and returning them to VeriSign. .com Registry-Registrar

Registrar Data Information Form >>To establish your business account at the Registry, complete all required blanks on the Registrar Data Information Form including subnets, Web server, Whois, contact information and security phrase. Fax Authorization Form – Optional >>To receive user IDs and passwords via fax, complete and return the Fax Authorization Form. An original signature is required. Corporate Formation DocumentsVeriSign requires copies of corporate formation documents to verify the legal entity with which VeriSign, Inc. is entering into a contract. Be sure to use the correct corporate name when executing agreements and submitting the payment security. The corporate name must match the name used for ICANN accreditation.
