A digital certificate enables proof of identity for a user or an organization
to help protect you or your company from individuals who seek to impersonate
members of your staff or who would otherwise commit acts of fraud against
your company. Microsoft Windows Quality Online Services (Winqual)
uses your digital certificate to validate your identity when you use
it to establish a Winqual organizational account. VeriSign offers two
certificate options at discounted prices to Microsoft Winqual partners.*
