• An issuer issues co-branded VIP Credentials, and pays an annual validation service fee. As issued credentials are activated by relying parties, the issuer receives a share of revenue.
• The VeriSign Identity Protection Center is a self-service portal for consumers to purchase a VIP Credential and view a directory of services that trust VIP Credentials.
