The WLS service complements the process of acquiring desired names by allowing you to subscribe to WLS for a specific .com or .net domain name that is currently registered. If that domain name becomes available for registration during the term of the WLS subscription, the service will automatically register that domain name to the WLS subscription holder subject to certain terms and conditions.
Features and Benefits
Here are a few of the benefits that are provided through the various WLS features:
1. WLS subscriptions provide the most trusted method of acquiring a domain name from an incumbent registrant that has not listed their name for sale.
2. As a WLS subscription holder, you will receive the domain name registration if it is explicitly deleted or allowed to expire during the term of your WLS subscription
3. WLS subscribers may exchange the domain name covered by their subscription for different one up to a total of three (3) times during a 12-month subscription. This is particularly important should the existing registrant decide to renew the domain name during the term of the WLS subscription.
4. If a subscriber wishes to continue holding a subscription for a name that will not expire during the term of the WLS subscription, they can at any time elect to have their WLS subscription automatically renew for another 12-months.
